Let's face it, we can all come up with a vegetarian meal if we really need to. I have made regular dishes and just left the meat out, and been able to honestly say, "I didn't even miss the meat!" (this is especially true of soups). But when you become a new vegetarian, it becomes a bit more of a challenge because EVERY meal is meat free. 

So, here I will post links to the vegetarian recipes that we try, and what every body thought of it. So, not only will you get my opinion, but also Jeff's (my husband), William's (18), Erika's (14), and Garrett's (12).
